Just about everyone, in short. This is a Goldilocks conditioner - not too harsh, not too heavy, but just right. It’s safe to use on coloured hair, and suits all hair types and textures. 

We’re assuming you’re working with clean, shampooed hair, so get that done first if not. Then, squeeze out any excess water, and work this conditioner through your hair from root to tip. How much you need will depend on how much hair you have: short hair will get away with a grape or two, longer, thicker hair will need more.
