Orders of $75 and over qualify for FREE Standard Shipping.
A great hair day is coming your way—wherever you are in Australia! Standard Shipping usually takes between 5–10 business days for customers in Victoria, South Australia, Tasmania, New South Wales, and Southern Queensland.
For our friends in Northern Queensland, Western Australia, and the Northern Territory, please allow an additional 1–2 business days on top of the standard delivery estimate.
Express shipping
You wanted your order yesterday, right? We get it.
Express Shipping is available within Australia for $12.95 on orders from $0 to $129.99.
Orders of $130 and over qualify for FREE Express Shipping.
Express Shipping usually takes 2–4 business days from dispatch. Australia Post will make its way to you with your goods, but please note we are not responsible for any delays once your parcel has been dispatched.
Dangerous goods, including products such as nail polish, hair colour, and aerosols, cannot be sent via Express Post.
Please keep in mind: our shipping times are a guide. You may experience delays during sales events, campaigns, extreme weather, or postal service delays that are unexpected and outside of rokk SHOP’s control. Online orders are processed and shipped from Victoria, therefore we follow Victorian public holidays.
Help! My product has been delivered damaged.
We are sorry to hear your package has arrived damaged.
Firstly, please don’t throw the item or the packaging away. Keep the product in its current form (unopened if you haven't already) and take a few photos of the packaging and damage.
Email the photos and your order number to our Customer Care Team at office@rokkebony.com.au and we’ll investigate what might ’ve gone wrong.
Your order/receipt number can be found by accessing the ‘My Account’ portal and clicking ‘Order History’. Then head to the ‘Online Orders’ section and refer to the relevant order.

Help! I’m missing an item from my order.
We are so sorry to hear that an item is missing from your order!
Please send us a photo of your received products within the packaging to our Customer Care Team via office@rokkebony.com.au
We will then contact our warehouse immediately to investigate what has happened and organise a replacement for you.
Why does my tracking say the item was delivered when I haven’t received it?
We politely ask that you double-check around your property before you reach out to our Customer Care Team.
Once you have checked all possible locations and have not found your parcel, please contact us at office@rokkebony.com.au
We will investigate with our courier and keep you updated.
Can my order be sent to a PO Box or Parcel Locker?
Yes! Australia Post can ship your products to a PO Box or a Parcel Locker.
However, we cannot ship your order to a PO Box or Parcel Locker if it contains dangerous goods.
